*Animal and Crafter spaces (grass):
  • 10x10 spaces = $15 each (no power available at this park)

*Note:  All shade spaces are now reserved.  
Canopies are required for the remaining spaces


Tarps are not required for this swap but you must clean your spaces of all bedding. 

This is in an open park, so bring your own tables and canopies. 
No electric hook ups are available. Bathrooms and food services are available.

Spillover will be in the open field, so plan accordingly with canopies.  No canopies under the trees - these are reserved for our vendors without canopies. 




Paypal/Checks/Cash/MO accepted.  Payment information is located 
on the Registration Form.

Summer Registration Form - This form must accompany your payment

Vendor Contract - All Vendors must complete this form 
(including $1 Vendors).  This contract will cover any swap of ours you wish to attend. 

Photo Release FormAll Vendors must complete this form (including $1 Vendors).  This contract will cover any swap of ours you wish to attend. 

Summer Intake Form - All Vendors (including $1 Vendors) must complete this form - bring with you to the event
$1 Vendor Area Registration Form - If you wish to participate in this area, please fill out this form 

Our $1 Vendor Areas for those with 5 or less animals they wish to sell. The fee is $1 per animal. This area is a shared area in the shaded area of the park. You do not need to prepay or preregister to participate.  Those wishing to participate will need to complete all the required documents and Vendor Requirements including Animal Health Inspections.

  1. Conservators of Nankin Bantam will bring a few Nankin Bantams, and some hatching eggs, as well as our chicken watering nipples. Looking forward to seeing you all again. Carol
